Does SanctuaryOS take a cut of our gifts?
No. Online gifts go straight to your church’s own Stripe account, and SanctuaryOS takes no per-donation fee on any plan. Stripe’s own processing fees apply.
What is on every plan?
All six modules. Plans differ by size (members, administrators, volunteers, campuses) and by the few features in the table above.
What happens after the 60-day trial?
Subscribe from Settings → Billing whenever you are ready, on any plan, monthly or annually. If the trial ends without a subscription, your church becomes read-only: everything stays, nothing is deleted, and subscribing turns editing back on.
Can we pay now instead?
Yes. Choose Pay now when you sign up. We create your church, then take you to Stripe’s secure checkout and charge the first month or year that day. If you leave checkout, your church stays on the free trial.
Can we change plans later?
The trial runs on the plan you pick at signup, and you can choose a different plan when you subscribe.
What makes the CRA receipts right?
Serial numbers that never repeat, your charity’s registration number, the donor address rule, advantages and gifts in kind handled the way CRA asks, and void and reissue with the original kept.
