Are there really no per-donation fees?

Correct. Zero. This is a founding commitment, not a promotional offer. This applies at every tier including Solo at $29/mo. There is no hidden per-donation fee at any price point. Your giving volume is your church's business. One flat monthly rate regardless of how many donations are processed or the total dollar amount given.

What's the difference between Solo and Starter?

Both include all 6 modules. Solo is built for a single coordinator with up to 75 members, 3 admin accounts, and 25 volunteer accounts. The key functional difference: Starter adds follow-up tracking and care assignments in the Care module, raising limits to 150 members, 10 admin accounts, and 75 volunteer accounts. If your church is just one person managing one ministry, Solo is the right start.

What's the difference between Growth and Growth+?

Both include all 6 modules (as does every Sanctuary tier). Growth supports up to 500 members with unlimited admin accounts, 200 volunteer accounts, and email support. Growth+ raises the member limit to 1,500, expands volunteer accounts to 500, adds children's check-in with security labels, automated volunteer reminders, blackout dates, attendance vs. giving cross-reports, and expands campus support to up to 3 locations.

What does "CRA-compliant" mean in practice?

Sanctuary generates CRA-formatted official donation receipts (PDF) with all required fields — charity registration number, eligible amount, advantage disclosure, and correct French/English formatting. Built in from day one at every tier, not a workaround.

Can we import from our existing tools?

Yes. Sanctuary includes Excel/CSV import with column mapping and support for common church platform export formats. Migration is designed to be gradual, not a cliff edge.

How does Network pricing work for denominations?

Network offers two plans — Essentials (core modules at each campus) and Full (all 6 modules at every campus). Both use a base fee plus per-campus rate, with volume discounts at 10+ campuses. Pricing is tailored to your network size and finalized in a sales conversation. Contracts are 12-month annual minimums. Email [email protected] to start the conversation.

Is on-premises deployment available?

Yes, at Enterprise and Network tiers via Docker. This matters for larger churches and denominations with cloud-data policies. Full setup documentation is provided.

Is the waitlist price lock guaranteed?

Yes. Waitlist members are guaranteed their tier price for the first 12 months after launch. This is a founding commitment to our earliest supporters.

What happens after the 60-day trial?

Choose a plan or lose access. No credit card is required to start a trial. You get full Growth-tier features during the trial so you can evaluate everything before committing.

Is Sanctuary available to US churches?

Yes. Sanctuary supports churches in both Canada and the United States. Canadian churches benefit from native CRA compliance, and all churches benefit from keyboard-first design, flat pricing, and integrated modules. We're expanding regional compliance features continuously.
